Cross-Border Business Development Manager

Join The Bank of East Asia as a Cross-Border Business Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Section Head to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth in the cross-border customer base and business for Personal Banking Division, BEA Hong Kong.
- Design and implement customer-centric cross-border journeys that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Ensure seamless integration of banking services across borders, leveraging technology and process enhancements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to maintain market competitiveness in terms of product, channel delivery, and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain efficient procedures and workflows to ensure smooth operation of cross-border business.
- Facilitate communication with BEA China on cross-border acquisition and portfolio building initiatives.
- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector or financial industry, preferably in wealth management products development or management, segment management, business management, product marketing, or distribution and sales support management.
- Solid experience in Cross-border business, including product/segment management, project and portfolio management, process and system enhancement in banking or financial services industry.
- Sound knowledge of the bank's wealth management products & services.
- Strong command of written and verbal English and Chinese, fluent speaking in Putonghua is a must.
- Independent, self-motivated, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Cross-Border Business Management Manager.
