Job Description

  • This role is responsible for driving sales and sales strategy across Commercial Risk Hong Kong, engaging with potential clients, and collaborating with leadership to implement effective sales strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a proven track record in sales execution, and knowledge of insurance market dynamics.
  • They will be able to self-start daily/weekly/monthly, persistent, emotionally resilient, outcome-focused, and think outside the box.
  • The role requires strong influencing, negotiating, writing, and presentation skills, as well as comfort engaging with senior client and colleague leadership.
