Job Description:

  • The Service Centre Officer / Service Centre Officer (Overnight) will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls promptly.
  • Providing and recording all guest messages and wake-up calls.
  • Fulfilling guest needs as requested according to the established standard.
  • Answering general inquiries and explaining latest F&B promotion.
  • Performing any other duties as requested by the Supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the Hotel or Service Industry.
  • Proven demonstration of teamwork.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Willingness to rotate across shifts, including day, night and overnight shifts.
