- Leading a Michelin-star level kitchen and team.
- Developing and implementing menu ideas in collaboration with the Group Executive Chef.

- Working closely with the FOH team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensuring efficient and profitable kitchen operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with various Indian cuisines in reputable restaurants.
- Able to inspire and motivate staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial and business acumen to manage costs effectively and make strategic decisions.
