We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Solutions Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise IT Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring progress to ensure that agreed service levels are met.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing IT solutions, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Coordinating with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitoring IT solution progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  4. Ensuring quality outputs, reviewing IT solution performance, and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Superior IT management capabilities, with a proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience, including 10 years in IT management and solutioning.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience within vendor and user environments.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • PMP & ITIL certification.
