We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Asia Commercial Risk Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our APAC Commercial Risk business, including the development and implementation of effective operational procedures, growth strategies, and processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures, growth strategies, and processes to drive business results
  • Collaborate with CRS management teams to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and processes designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization
  • Exceptional stakeholder management through regular and direct contact with stakeholders and internal partners
  • Represent the firm with insurers and business partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, information technology, project management, business, or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of operational experience
  • Demonstrated experience in operational or project management and analysis with previous experience in a similar role
  • Skilled in operational management, budgeting, resource development, and planning
  • Stakeholder management with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
