Executive Pastry Chef

The Repulse Bay is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to lead the daily operation of The Verandah, a Western Cuisine in the Food & Beverage Department.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the production and daily operation of the Pastry section.
- Prepare budget for the Pastry section, including staffing, capital equipment, and repair & maintenance.
- Be creative and innovative, designing new themes and recipes for the restaurant.
- Supervise and provide training to subordinates.
- Ensure strict compliance with the HACCP standard and maintain the hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen and staff.
- Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
- Over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
