We're seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at TokyoLima, a renowned Nikkei izakaya in Hong Kong. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, while maintaining a fast-paced and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare your section for service, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are in place.
  • Cook dishes to the expected standards, with attention to presentation and quality.
  • Support your colleagues when needed, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Adhere to health and hygiene procedures, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Manage and control your stock, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie, or 2+ years of experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • A positive attitude with a teamwork mindset, with a sense of responsibility within your role.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with other languages advantageous.
