Job Title: Enterprise Services Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our Portfolio and Risk solution, PORT, for our clients. This will involve working closely with our sales teams, product managers, and clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure efficient onboarding of PORT clients
  • Work with product managers to understand client requirements and provide feedback to improve our products
  • Execute implementation plans to ensure maximum satisfaction for new clients
  • Provide detailed product feedback to internal business managers to continually improve our products
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in Buy-Side financial institutions or a Financial Technology Organization
  • Project management experience in or for buy-side financial institutions
  • Experience dealing with workflows used by portfolio and risk managers, including a deep understanding of Portfolio Analytics functionality
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders both externally and internally
  • Experience with fixed income, equities, and derivatives asset classes
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects
  • Experience conducting training both internally and externally
  • Track record of meeting deadlines and setting priorities
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and CFA
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems and provide solutions
  • The ambition to take ownership and responsibility of issues and handle them effectively through to resolution
  • The inclination and aptitude to pick up new technologies and procedures
  • The ability to effectively communicate technical/complex issues in a simplistic manner to various audiences
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Power BI/Python
