We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead our ecommerce marketing efforts and drive business growth.

About the Position:

  • This role requires a strong background in ecommerce marketing and IT support knowledge to effectively manage online sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce Strategy: Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Platform Performance: Manage and optimize online store performance on platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze web analytics and marketing metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • IT Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure website functionality, security, and data integrity.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address feedback.
  • Product Management: Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with basic IT support and website maintenance.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to improving user experience.
