We offer extensive on-the-job training and coaching for you to gain knowledge on banking products and regulatory compliance, and equip you with the necessary skills to provide professional banking and customer services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Senior Relationship Managers to acquire new non-borrowing corporate / SME accounts to drive CASA, FX, operating flow, insurance and investment to align with Bank's strategy
  • Assist the Senior Relationship Managers to maintain existing non-borrowing portfolio
  • Conduct CDD/KYC for new account opening and regular reviews
  • Assist in credit application, account opening and other administrative / customer service duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates/ Graduates with 1 to 2 years of work experience
  • Self-motivated with good analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented and ability to understand and capture customer needs
  • Good team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application
