Business Development Specialist: Client Account Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Collinson. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in client account management and drive growth for our business.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective setup and administration of B2B accounts. This includes handling client enquiries and complaints, identifying and resolving issues, and working closely with Operations Managers to maintain expert knowledge of B2B accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer services, operations, or project management. They will also have excellent interpersonal, customer servicing, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), and Japanese (N1 level preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to drive business growth and retention
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client base
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure seamless account setup and administration
- Identify and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track account performance and growth
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of HKD 60,000 to HKD 80,000 per month
