About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Partner to join our team at Lloyd's Register. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, expansion, and revenue increase.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue and secure new clients and projects.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic plans.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of strategic plans and make data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Significant Experience in Business Development: Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of strategic planning, client relationship management, and sales.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Cantonese: Fluency in Cantonese is preferred, but not required.
