Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Sponsors Coverage Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) division, you will be responsible for providing top-notch investment banking services to our clients in the region.

  • As a Senior Financial Sponsors Coverage Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality advice and solutions to support their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Financial Sponsors in Asia, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations to deliver tailored advice and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality investment banking services, including M&A, ECM, DCM, and structured finance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative in our approach.
  5. Promote a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion within the team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Requirements
  • Masters or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or related field, with a strong focus on Financial Sponsors coverage.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, driving business growth, and developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, market practices, and cultural nuances in Asia.
