Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional case management services to new applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting, regulatory, and Group requirements.
- Process cases accurately, effectively, and in a timely manner, maintaining high-quality documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sales targets and provide timely updates on case information.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex cases independently.
- Support ad-hoc tasks, projects, and cross-channel duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- University Degree
- Relevant case management and/or new business operation experience
- LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses
- Positive and mature attitude, with ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
