Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled High Net Worth Case Manager to join our team at Chubb Life. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth and prompt processing of all HNW submissions assessed by the New Business Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Verifying the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
  • Reviewing pending cases and serving as the first point of contact between sales platforms and underwriters
  • Communicating and explaining underwriting requirements and decisions to Partnership Distribution/Brokers
  • Closely following up on pre-underwrite and pending cases for business partners
  • Handling phone and written enquiries from business partners on new business and post-sales services
  • Liaising with Agency and Partnership operations, Underwriters, Cashiers, Life Operations in terms of underwriting and policy issuance matters
  • Responsible for verifying requests against system data
  • Ensuring all cases have undergone compliance screening (if required) before policy issuance
  • Resolving system issues and exceptional handling requests received from Distribution channels/IT/Product/Actuarial
  • Assisting in resolving policy contract issues on a timely basis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five or more years of experience in case management
  • Proficient in MS Office suites, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to navigate among Operations, Investment, Product, Policies, and finding wealth structuring solutions
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exhibit a strong commitment to the job

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:
