This is a unique opportunity to join our HR team as an Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
You will work closely with our HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams to manage employee contract administration, serve as the main contact for onboarding inquiries, and initiate background checks when required. Additionally, you will monitor candidates throughout the pre-hire process and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in financial services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations
