  • Collaborate with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure adherence to company and hotel policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
  • Good command of English; Putonghua and Cantonese are advantages.
  • High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
