- Greet and interact with customers, addressing their requirements promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage food service for the restaurant, bar, and functions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders.
- Rotate and restock bar supplies, including beer, wine, liquor, and related items such as ice, glassware, and napkins.
- Assist with unloading stock deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Process payments and manage cash handling, balancing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Hold a valid RSA and Approved Managers Card.
- Possess a current 'C' Class Drivers Licence.
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
- Hold a satisfactory National Police Certificate (obtained within six months from date of issue) or be willing to obtain one.
