Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and pitches to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving sales pipeline growth and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reporting in Salesforce, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-10 years of sales and business development experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT, network, and security industry, with a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • University degree from any discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Account Manager.
