**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  2. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our IT solutions to existing clients.
  3. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  4. IT Solutions Development: Work with our technical teams to develop and propose IT solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive revenue growth.

**Requirements**

  1. Education: University degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  2. Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of experience in solutions selling, in the area of system integration that includes application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solutions & hosting services, and IT systems integration.
  3. Skills: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and with the ability to generate new business opportunities. Excellent deal-making, communication, and negotiation skills. Result-oriented, detailed, and sensitive to numbers is essential. Proven track record in proposing IT/SI solutions is preferable. Able to work independently and under pressure. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
