Job Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Senior Human Resources and Admin Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will lead our HR and admin functions in Hong Kong and oversee the same functions at our Dongguan factory.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Operation Director
- Perform all-round HR and admin role of HK office, as well as oversee HR and admin function of Dongguan factory
- Lead one HR and Admin Officer to perform full HR and admin role of HK office, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.
- Oversee and monitor HR and admin function of Dongguan factory
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 8+ years experience in human resources and office admin
- 2+ years experience in manufacturers with factories in China
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision required
- One trip per week to Dongguan (can same day return Hong Kong)
- Company shuttle bus provided between Dongguan station and Dongguan factory
- 5 days work
