Job Description:
- Support HRBPs to handle end-to-end recruitment process from job advertisement posting, screening and selection to arranging interviews
- Organize company functions and employee relations activities to foster positive employee engagement
- Provide logistics and administrative support for learning and development initiatives
- Conduct new-joiner induction trainings and assist in onboarding formalities
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' HR experience in a large corporation
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws, regulations and procedures
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- High level of responsibility, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
