Sales and Strategy Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive Digital Zoo's revenue growth through consultative sales to new and existing clients in local and regional markets.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in an activation agency, in-house marketing, or equivalent, and possess excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to realize business opportunities in alignment with company objectives and directives.
- Manage the entire sales process for different level leads, including prospecting, negotiation, and execution.
- Pitch SEO and other digital marketing solutions to potential clients directly.
- Grow our current key client base through upsells and cross-sells.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in an activation agency, in-house marketing, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Strong passion for Sales and Business Development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-minded, well organized, highly motivated with good problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's Degree (highly regarded).
- Knowledge in the digital marketing field is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing are also welcomed.
