Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Partner with line managers to identify training needs and develop training programs that align with the company's business objectives.
- Training Delivery: Design and deliver in-house training programs for frontline and backend staff to support the business objectives.
- Training Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate training programs to facilitate continuous improvement and measure their effectiveness.
- Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction rates through conducting in-depth analysis of operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Procedural Training: Conduct procedural and legacy system training to team members and users of various lines of business.
- Training Effectiveness: Collect feedback, analyze productivity, and other related data to measure training and coaching effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Professional experience in design and delivery of Learning and Development programs.
- Ability to deep dive into processes and assess Training and Development needs.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Passionate, outgoing, well-organized, and proactive individual.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
