About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our experienced agents and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs for experienced agents and management teams, including management development programs leading to insurance professional qualifications.
  • Participate in developing and delivering management development programs, including training and coaching.
  • Liaise with agency members to foster a culture of continuous sales development and learning.
  • Provide management reports for business and strategic decisions.
  • Design and revamp training curricula for new agents, experienced agents, and agency managers, aligning with AXA culture and business goals.
  • Identify training needs and analyze results.
  • Develop and deliver agency training programs in various aspects, including investment-linked, business operation, and agency management.
  • Keep training content and methodologies updated to maintain high-quality training for sales channels.
  • Assist in coaching and monitoring the training team's development.
  • Monitor various training projects.
  • Monitor CPD accreditation and CPD programs.
Requirements
  • University degree in any discipline.
  • FLMI, CII, and insurance qualification preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales or agency training in the life insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good PC skills in Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
