Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Administration Manager to join our team at AXA Hong Kong and Macau. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate the daily operations of our training team, including training support, report generation, performance tracking, and budgeting.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Ensure logistic support for daily training activities, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee office administration and supervise clerical staff.
  • Develop long-term plans for the administration team to achieve the training mission.
  • Review and update the training manual periodically to ensure process efficiency.
  • Link training operations with other organizational units.
  • Provide data analysis for management reporting.
  • Manage assigned projects and coach junior staff to foster staff development and meet team goals.
  • Develop and maintain the Learning Management System.
Requirements
  • University degree in any discipline.
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the insurance or banking industry.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
