About the Role:

  • As an HRBP Lead, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including manpower planning, retention, and expansion.
  • A key aspect of this role is leading and mentoring a small team of HRBPs, fostering a culture of open communication, and driving results-oriented performance management.
  • You will also participate in annual HR projects, such as manpower planning, budgeting, and salary reviews, while engaging in other initiatives as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A university degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in Fintech/Tech/Financial companies, with strong experience dealing with engineers/tech staff being advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate should be fast-paced, driven, and agile, with proficiency in Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
