Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as General Banking Manager, responsible for providing quality customer service to our retail customers in our branch network. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying customer needs and offering appropriate banking services and solutions, as well as participating in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to our retail customers in branch network
- Customer Needs Identification: Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions

Requirements:
- Education: University degree / Associate degree holders; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably in financial institution
- Professional Qualification: Relevant professional qualification in insurance and investment is an advantage
- Skills: Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication skills
- Language: Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
