Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Services Officer, you will be required to:

  • Provide efficient and quality customer services, including handling enquiries and complaints via counter services, phone calls, emails, and correspondences.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and promotion of facilities and services of the Board.
  • Provide support to clients and members of the public on the usage of the Board's computer systems and applications.
  • Assist in the review and enhancement of facilities and services of the Board.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as assigned.
  • Taking up ad-hoc assignments.
  • Required to wear uniforms.
  • Working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 3 rest days in 2 weeks (on shift).
