Employee Relations Coordinator

The successful candidate will participate in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff activities.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Participate in recruitment and selection processes, assist in conducting interviews, and maintain a talent database.
- Casual Labor Management: Provide support in managing the Casual Labor Management System (CLMS), administer weekly causal payroll, and maintain accurate staff data and attendance records.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, address concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Administrative Duties: Perform daily general administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and other administrative responsibilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Skills and Knowledge: Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills.
