Job Overview:
The Employee Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee benefits, including leave records, employee records, and related information. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leave records, employee records, and related information.
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts and agreements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related matters.
- Coordinate benefits-related activities and communications.
Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
