Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Director - Employee Benefits to lead our sales efforts in this critical area. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving growth and revenue in employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a defined sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Developing a robust sales pipeline focusing on local and large market opportunities
  • Ownership and responsibility for converting identified prospects into clients and managing handovers to Account Management Teams
  • Developing cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise
  • Leading responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed
  • Driving cross-selling and up-selling activities, including introducing Aon United colleagues/services
  • Following Aon sales process protocols and accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect
