  • This role involves managing monthly pay processes, including salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and associated payroll activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records, providing expert advice to employees, and preparing detailed reports are key responsibilities.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes are essential duties.

Essential Skills:

  • A degree holder with significant experience in managing payroll operations for a sizable organization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with SAP Success Factors are highly desirable.
  • An ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluent English and Cantonese language skills; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
