Job Description
- The Payroll Operations Expert will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll lifecycle, from data entry to payment processing.
- This role involves managing monthly pay processes, including salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and associated payroll activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, providing expert advice to employees, and preparing detailed reports are key responsibilities.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes are essential duties.
Essential Skills:
- A degree holder with significant experience in managing payroll operations for a sizable organization.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with SAP Success Factors are highly desirable.
- An ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent English and Cantonese language skills; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
