Employee Onboarding and Management Coordinator

Job Description:
The Human Resources and Administration Officer will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to new hire orientation, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and providing essential human resources services.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Reduce time-to-hire by 20%
- Increase employee satisfaction ratings by 15%
- Decrease turnover rate by 10%
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Familiarity with HK labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record of success in HR or recruitment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
