Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business and operation users to deliver new technology solutions to the e-commerce industry.
  • Communicate with customers, mainly international enterprises & start-ups, for project requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis to check the compatibility of the existing system infrastructure with the new business requirements.
  • Provide UAT and product training to customer and internal parties.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years' experience in business analysis, solution design, project coordination, and vendor management.
