Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to join our team at Fullhouse World Management Company Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including composing policies, drafting memos, preparing minutes, and managing correspondence.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Compose and analyze reports, as well as manage company events and staff activity arrangements.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-level customer service to front-line customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Higher diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration is preferable; IANG is also welcome.
  • Skills: Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Personal Qualities: Responsible, with good initiative, willing to learn and work independently. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task.
