Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for further establishing our position as a market leader in the competitive North Asia region. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute market development actions that create new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

You will also be responsible for nurturing leads, gathering information on technical aspects and bidding processes, and working collaboratively with colleagues to make and execute sales strategies and plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative approach to building client relationships, and the ability to analyze complex data and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market development actions to create new business opportunities
  • Nurture leads and gather information on technical aspects and bidding processes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to make and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and clients
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • More than 10 years of commercial working experience, preferably with high-value engineered solutions
  • Experience in relevant industry segment (Airports & Parcel or Baggage Handling Solutions) is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen and sales spirit
  • Experience in handling mid-to-large-sized business deals
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work within an international work environment and amongst different cultures
