We are looking for a Partner Growth Specialist to join our Partner Service team. This junior role is focused on administration duties and menu creation, with the primary focus on providing excellent onboarding and partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch onboarding and partner experiences in every stage.
  • Assist restaurant partners by answering their inquiries through the hotline and email in a professional manner.
  • Create and amend menus for our restaurant partners efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data when keeping restaurant records and escalate promptly when needed.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, reporting to high-level management.
  • Offer feedback/suggestions to team leads to improve our restaurant experience.
  • Work closely with the team and team leads to ensure individual requirements and expectations are met.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English skills and proficiency in English word-processing.
  • The ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The capacity to quickly assess situations and problem-solve to point of resolution.
  • A cheerful personality, good team player, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required customer service experience.
