Industry Solutions Sales Director for Hong Kong and Taiwan

As a key member of the Industry Solutions team at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer success in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and customer acquisition in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement, marketing, and product development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer acquisition in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
