Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth in the HK and Greater China region for Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the HK and Greater China region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including capital markets and wealth management firms
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the capital markets and wealth management industries
  • Strong understanding of Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sales challenges
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
