We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire HR function, leading a team of 12 and acting as a trusted HR advisor to the C-levels.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing global HR strategies aligned with the firm's business goals and values. You will also be responsible for establishing a strong HR presence within the company, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions where the company operates.

We are looking for a candidate with approximately 15 years of experience, a University degree in HR Management or related discipline, and a proven track record of success in driving business results through people-led initiatives. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is highly desirable.
