At E-job agency limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling e-commerce shipments, receiving orders, and responding to customer inquiries by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support air export/import operations, sales section, and standard operation procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas agents, primarily group branches in Japan.
  • Enter data and prepare documentation for courier, air export/import shipments.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in air freight forwarding and express.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word processing, with accurate typing skills.
  • Native Cantonese with proficiency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
