The Assistant Manager Partnership Operations sits under the Customer Relationship & Retail Department and reports directly to the Sales Enablement and Operational Efficiency Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing sales order management system, including contract archival and data management in SAP, Customer Loyalty System (CLS), and other internal systems.
- Ensuring data accuracy and readiness by supervising the setup of customer profiles, sales order data reconciliation, data integration, and data cleansing in SAP, CLS, and other internal systems.
- Monitoring monthly closing processes to ensure the readiness of sales orders in SAP system.
In addition, the successful candidate will support Finance Department on sales billing issues such as invoice and credit note issuance and handling of overdue payments.
