  • Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in nurturing and developing strong customer relationships while gathering essential information to aid in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Promote the Bank's range of products and services, aiming to enhance deal sizes and diversify deposits, loans, and foreign exchange offerings.
  • Facilitate efficient operational workflows.
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees for seamless workplace integration.
  • As a senior associate, mentor, lead, and evaluate the performance of other RM Assistants.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking, preferably within the corporate banking sector.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Banking products and operational processes.
  • Customer-focused with a strong service orientation and the ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
  • Skilled in PC applications and MS Office suite.
  • Less experienced candidates may be considered for the Associate position.
