Senior Director, Corporate Relationship Manager
Position Overview
As a Senior Director in our Corporate Banking division, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of Multinational Corporations and local enterprises, delivering a comprehensive suite of financial solutions including Lending, Markets, Transaction Banking, and Debt Capital Markets. This role necessitates collaboration with global relationship managers and product specialists to enhance our service offerings and deepen client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and sustain a profound understanding of clients' business models and financial requirements.
- Formulate and implement client strategies in partnership with product experts to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Engage in proactive client acquisition and explore growth avenues with existing clientele.
- Seek referrals through established client relationships and internal networks.
- Collaborate with global partners and local bankers to optimize client management.
- Establish workflow protocols to prioritize client-related tasks effectively.
- Ensure the integrity of the portfolio through diligent credit assessments and sound lending practices.
- Comply with the bank's credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor portfolio quality and respond promptly to any signs of credit risk.
- Maintain accurate data and analysis of accounts within your portfolio.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in Corporate Relationship Management.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong negotiation and business development capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on understanding client needs.
- The ability to work collaboratively and leverage organizational resources effectively.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, given the diverse client base.
