Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and secretarial duties, including but not limited to:
- Assist the Senior Manager in coordinating meetings, events, and corporate affairs;
- Perform committee work and general secretariat duties as required;
- Liaise with external parties;
- Handle and maintain records, reports, and other correspondences;
- Perform accounting and HR-related duties;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
- University degree;
- At least 5 years of relevant administrative or secretariat work experience, preferably in statutory/public bodies;
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred; Exposure in HR-related administrative work is an advantage;
- Independent, attentive to details, well-organized, and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, and general office applications;
- Immediately available is preferred.
