JPC Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and merchandising, with a focus on global market strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement product development strategies
  2. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  3. Collaborate with Product Engineers on product design and costing
  4. Estimate production and material costs accurately
  5. Responsible for product development, lab testing, and production follow-up
  6. Monitor daily merchandising flow from quotation to production

Requirements
  • 5+ years toys merchandising experience inclusive of product development
  • Experience in servicing theme park customers for global market is a plus
  • Knowledge in BOM and cost evaluation
  • Solid experience in product development and order arrangement
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
