Kai Tak Sports Park is seeking an experienced and motivated MICE sales professional to join our team. As a MICE sales professional, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business at Kai Tak Sports Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and pursue new MICE business opportunities such as corporate meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and other group events.
  • Conduct facility tours and present the Park's capabilities to potential clients in a persuasive and professional manner.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage the sales process, and handle all aspects of closing MICE event bookings.
  • Prepare competitive proposals or bids to win MICE event bookings.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of MICE leads and prospects, tracking progress and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the events, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to MICE clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives to achieve or exceed MICE revenue targets.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build relationships and promote the venue.
