About the Role

  • Manage casual workforce operations, including sourcing, recruiting, and retaining a large pool of casual workers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to hire a diverse pool of casual workers.
  • Maintain relationships with external staffing agencies and other talent sources to supplement internal recruitment efforts.
  • Create innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluate and improve the recruitment process continuously.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or event operations gained from sizeable companies.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
